The Club is delighted to be able to continue fishing the Swanage Pier again this year.

Well done Jim who just pipped me in a very close match . Firstly I would like to welcome aboard the new members we had fishing last night , lovely to meet you and hope you enjoyed your first match with Poole Dolphins. Fishing a flood tide with a moderate breeze 5 bream , 20 strap congers , 7 pout , 3 bass and mini species were caught between 14 anglers . Some of our members would like a extra match on September the 11th , we are into the second half of the year so a extra match may effect who can attend and also who wins the pier cup , if everyone is happy with this then that’s fine no need to reply if you are in disagreement with a extra match then please leave message on the what’s app chat forum and we can make a decision from that or find a alternative solution . Chilly evening to start off with once the sun went down and the wind dropped and it turned out to be a mild evening. Next match Friday the 16th at shell bay parking in the national trust car park . 7pm – 10.30pm .
